Financial education in Vienna & online
I'm Cäcilie, and I explain budgeting, ETF savings plans and the stock market in a way that lets you make your own decisions afterwards.
Teaching, not selling. I don't sell you anything and I don't give advice. I teach you how it works.

Most people who come to me aren't "bad with money". Often there's simply no interest (yet), or they feel overwhelmed by all the information and by the topic of money in general.
you want to start an ETF savings plan, but the jargon loses you.
you've inherited money and don't know how to divide it sensibly.
there's money in your account that hasn't done anything for years.
you want to know where your money actually goes each month.
you've read about options and want to understand them before you try them.
you have questions you never dared to ask at the bank.
What I offer
One-to-one or in small groups, online or in person in Vienna. You learn with your own numbers, not textbook examples.
We make visible what comes in and what goes out. Afterwards you know how much you can save without it hurting.
From "What is an ETF?" to a savings plan running in your own brokerage account. You do the clicking, I explain as we go.
When there's suddenly more money: we calmly sort out what should stay available in the short term and what can work for you long term.
Short puts and covered calls, explained so you can judge the opportunities and the risks. Based on years of my own practice.
Voices from the workshop · translated from German
A very informative course for beginners! Cäcilie shows, in a down-to-earth and gentle way, how to take stock of your own financial situation, find out about brokers, shares and ETFs, and decide how you want to invest your money. And slowly my mindset is shifting from "That's not for me!" to "I'm going to give it a try!"
I can recommend the workshop to anyone who wants to learn more about money and ways to invest! Let's talk money is exactly that: talking about what we (unconsciously) think about money, what experiences we've had and what we could do with it. The atmosphere in the group was very pleasant and I felt comfortable asking all my questions, even the silly ones. Everything was explained with very practical, clear examples. Very inspiring, but without the feeling that I was supposed to be convinced of something.
Try it out
Move the sliders and see how much of the final value comes from compound interest. We calculate like this in my lessons too, just with your own numbers.
How I work
I won't tell you what to buy. I'll show you how to work it out yourself.
We talk about where you are and what you want to know. Afterwards it's clear whether and how we'll work together.
In sessions that build on each other, with notes to read up on and room for every question.
You set up what you've decided. I'm there if you want me to be, and explain what you see.
No subscription, no hidden follow-up costs. You decide when you know enough.
About me
I've been teaching adults for 20 years, many of them as a German teacher. Explaining things well is my craft: bringing order into chaos, translating jargon, and letting people ask until it clicks.
In 2018 I started investing directly on the stock market myself (before that, through actively managed funds at my bank), and later options trading followed. At some point I noticed I enjoy teaching finance almost more than grammar. That's how moneyandme began.
From my reel series
Short answers here. More on Instagram and in my lessons.
Less than most people think. Many savings plans start at €25 or €50 a month. More important than the amount is having an emergency fund first and not needing the money for a long time.
An ETF spreads your money across many companies. That lowers the risk of single companies going bust, but the value moves with the market, downwards too. That's why the time frame matters so much.
It's a bit like a bank account for securities. That's where your ETFs or shares are held. You can open one at a bank or with an online broker.
Some people want advice, and that's fine. But if you want to understand what happens with your money and make your own decisions, you're in the right place with me.
In a first call we look at where you are and what you'd like to learn. You don't need to prepare anything or know anything.
P.S. There are no stupid questions about money.
